March 8th - 12th

Here is what's happening this week:

Tuesday:

1. Whole Group Live @9am  - Students will need their Dr. Seuss booklet.  We will be talking about rhyming words and completing a cut and paste page together.

3. Story Time:  "Eat Your Peas"  https://home.lethsd.ab.ca/kindergarten/kindergarten-team-website

4.  Live Lesson at @1:45pm -   Just a reminder, we will have our live lesson at 1:45 today as I have a meeting program planning meeting from 12:30 - 1:30.   Students will need their Jolly Phonics Letter page.  We will be learning the letter sound of  and colouring our cards. 

Thursday

1. Whole Group Live @9am - We will be reading the Dr. Seuss story, The Lorax.  Students will need to bring 2 things (or say) to share that rhyme.  

2 . Independent Work Time:  "First Nations Awasis and the World Famous Bannock" https://home.lethsd.ab.ca/kindergarten/kindergarten-team-website

3. Story Time: "My Heart Fills with Happiness"  https://home.lethsd.ab.ca/kindergarten/kindergarten-team-website

4. Whole Group Live @1:15pm Students will need their blue construction paper sheet that has green, yellow and black strips of paper and the Lorax cut out.  They will need scissors, a glue stick, white glue and crayons.  We will be continuing with our Lorax  story and making our own truffla trees.

Friday - This is not our Friday for lessons as it is the Mon/Wed rotation.  There is no supply pickup today.  Have a great weekend.
